At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping mailer.
Package Your Items
Place your items back in their original protective bags with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
